Acoustic Stream are Cherie and John. Cherie sings and plays the upright bass. She has a fantastic, versatile voice, suitable for the rockier songs and the melodic folk, roots and Americana tunes. John provides backing vocals and plays a range of guitars: six string, twelve string and resonator. He also plays mandolin, harmonica and the stomp box.
Acoustic Stream play a wide range of music, some suitable for the easy listening situation of a restaurant or quiet bar and others to get people up on the dance floor…whatever the situation requires.
When not working as a duo Cherie and John also front the full band Zyppaklub where Cherie forgoes the bass to perform as an energetic front person engaging the audience in dancing and singing along.
